
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Each print is made to order specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of these products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size

Personal preference

Slight variations in color or tone between screen display and printed product
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@katielizzaphotography.com and include:

Your order number
-
Clear photos of the damaged print

Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
If approved, we will work with our print partner to arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Lost Orders
If your package is lost in transit or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@katielizzaphotography.com, and we will help investigate and determine the next steps.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued in cases where:

An order cannot be fulfilled

A replacement is not possible

A shipping issue or product defect cannot be resolved through replacement
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Order Changes & Cancellations Policy
Because all prints are made to order, orders are processed quickly once placed.
If you need to make a change to your order (such as shipping address, print size, or product selection), please contact us at info@katielizzaphotography.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
After an order has been submitted for production, we may not be able to make changes.
Orders may only be canceled if production has not yet begun. Once an order has been submitted to our print lab partner, cancellations are no longer possible.
