SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

All prints are made to order and fulfilled through our professional print lab partner.

 

Order Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing after your purchase is placed. During this time, your order is reviewed and submitted for production.

 

Production & Shipping

Once your order has been submitted, prints are produced and shipped by our print partner.

Estimated production and delivery time is approximately 8 business days (Monday–Friday).

 

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 10–14 business days from the date of purchase.

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

print size or product type

shipping destination

holidays or peak order periods

carrier delays outside our control

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

If tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations.

 

Delays

Because all prints are made to order, occasional delays may occur. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at info@katielizzaphotography.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.

 

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your print arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) at info@katielizzaphotography.com with your order number and photos of any damage so we can help resolve the issue.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
